Think our aquatics program at Echo Aquatics is just for kids and teens? Think again! We are delighted to announce two types of water aerobics classes for adults starting on July 1, 2021. You’ll have the choice of shallow and deep water classes throughout the week.
Why participate in water aerobics? It’s a great non-impact workout that people of all ages and fitness levels can participate in. It’s low strain on your body and a great way to get back into exercise after being stuck indoors for far too long!
Shallow water aerobics- Classes incorporate cardio and strength training for a full body workout. Plus, you don’t have to know how to swim to participate in this session.
Deep water aerobics- Classes incorporate cardio and strength training for a full body workout while also performing some submerged exercises. You’ll need to be able to swim to participate in this session.
